Bottomless Brunch
The ultimate daytime celebration. 2 hours of bottomless drinks paired with a 7-dish set menu that showcases the best of Tommy's kitchen.
Includes bottomless classic & spicy margaritas, beer, wine, sparkling & rosé. 7-dish set menu: guacamole, chargrilled street corn, alitas de pollo, tuna ceviche, papas bravas, chef's tacos, and churros.

Build Your Own Banquet
Design the perfect dinner event with our flexible banquet menu: guac & chips for the table, then choose starter, tacos, main, side, and dessert. Add a 90-minute drinks package for the full Tommy's experience.
Courtyard Hire
Our charming courtyard provides a semi-private setting for larger groups. Perfect for birthdays, team celebrations, and social gatherings with a relaxed atmosphere.
Full Venue Hire
Take over Tommy's entirely for your event. Full venue hire includes all-inclusive food and drinks, a dedicated event coordinator, and the run of the entire restaurant and courtyard.

How much does full venue hire cost at Tommy's?
Full venue hire is $150 per person for a 4-hour all-inclusive event (food and drinks included), with a dedicated event coordinator. Minimum 40 guests Monday–Thursday and Sunday; minimum 50 guests Friday and Saturday.
What function packages does Tommy's offer?
Four packages: Bottomless Brunch ($100pp, lunch), Build Your Own Banquet ($69pp food only, +$30pp for a 90-minute drinks package), semi-private Courtyard Hire (minimum 20 guests, up to $180pp for 4 hours), and Full Venue Hire ($150pp, 4-hour event).
Can Tommy's host events on Mondays or Tuesdays?
Yes — although Tommy's normally trades Wednesday to Sunday, we open especially for larger private events on Mondays and Tuesdays by arrangement. Email hello@tommysdarlinghurst.com.au.
